Hi. Just purchased an old 1950′s ice cream maker which doesnt have instructions. It is a stainless steel refrigerator tray which has a cover and paddles attached to the cover. The electric cord is flat so that it can pass through the refrigerator gasket. Presumably, the paddles turn and stir the ice cream mixture but I have no idea what to do next. Any ideas? Any one with any experience with such a gadget?
bought it at a garage sale but no instructions of how much sugar or how to use it.
